Recommendations needed.

Thanks for taking time to read this, and hope I’m in the right place. I own a company that requires a password for a one time link with a customers account. Password managers allow this but the customer has to create an account, even if it’s free. Is there a service that allows one time encrypted password transfer through a form of some type ? If not what would that take to create.
