Project Management as a Service?

A new service I’m considering to offer given the need for projects to be more organized. Would this be helpful to any of you?

I can supply you with a PM team that knows how to work and handle US clients including providing a process for project manament so that you are aligned on scope and weekly meetings with the client. My team only needs to speak with your Developers and then we handle the rest.

We take 25% of Monthly Revenue from manged projects. Yea it’s pricey but your clients will buy more from you and your speed of delivery will improve hence you will become more profitable. I

1 thing – we don’t take on every project. We need to review it first because a bad client or terrible code is not what we are looking to support. Best would be to bring us in from the start.
