Making a clean looking generator

Hi all!

I made a google sheets based set of randomized generators for my tabletop gaming process and was wondering how I can create a standalone window or app that can use my database of variables to spit out one random string at a time, with the press of a button and let people choose what category they are doing? I have one sheet for loot, one for encounters, one for spells, etc…

Just wanted this to be a bit nicer looking and not be purely spreadsheet appearance. If possible I would like it to be possible to do on my android phone, but I’m open to suggestions.
