I have an issue where in my job I find it impossible to find solutions to problems with our internal (and external) software. Mostly because documentation is horribly organized, hard to search, and it’s hard to find the document that relates to my issue.
I’m developing something that creates a decision tree type UI that asks questions specific to the broken software to get to a solution. The team that makes the broken software would put these trees together instead of writing lots of docs. If there isn’t a solution, then all the info collected is forwarded to JIRA, Trello or whatever.
How does this sound? Would you use it?
