I recently started working in a new organisation. Because of this change, I got to experience an alternate way of managing code reviews in a team, and I found it worthwhile to document it. I regret not knowing more about it in the past (and also being stupider than I am right now).
Disclaimer: This would probabilistically be more relevant to you if you work in a small organisation. People working in larger teams, I can’t promise ROI. 😬
Disclaimer: I am not talking about what code reviews are, and how to do them well. There are plenty of good resources for that. I am writing about the process a team follows before their code comes for review.
