My post may be off topic for this group because it deals with health but the reason why I am asking is because I have a friend who is in software development and he is in his late 30s. He is currently struggling with his body weight and I been wanting to help him out by doing some research and connecting with others.

For this same reason I have 2 questions, What are some eating habits that you have been struggling to live a healthier life?

And my last question is there one major thing that you feel that is stopping you from having a healthier body?
