Hi there! I’m trying to find a good project management tool and I’ve checked out the usual suspects like Trello, Asana, monday, JIRA..etc but I’m trying to find something simple.
The company I work for has 30+ clients that we do custom work for on a regular basis. We are constantly juggling tasks and can’t figure out the best way to make sure each task (which we consider a request from the client or a change request) gets not only developed but had requirements attached to it, was QA’d, client tester it / UAT and when it was deployed.
Is there anything out there specific like that and simple or is it something we should just tackle internally with our own solution?
