Class project need some suggestions.

Hi everyone,

I have a SE class project. I’m supposed to investigate real world organiztion’s software develooment process and identify current challenges and issues.

To be honest I’m kinda lost and do not know where to start. I find is difficult to gather such information.

I need some suggestions, advices , and reliable resources.
