Great functional specifications template?

Hey all, really hoping you can help me. Full disclosure out the way I’m not a developer but work in InfoSec. The company I work for is really crying out for documentation which I’m hoping will also include security. I’d like to take something to the developers, we work to a CI/CD process so need something lightweight and adaptable. Nothing onourous as I know it just wont get done…

I’m wondering, does anyone have a great top-level wiki template for detailing applications? E.g. frameworks, dependencies, authentication methods, rationale for DB deployments and roles, data flow diagrams, architecture diagrams etc?
