I hope this is a good place to post this.

Let me provide some background info. I’ve been working as a software dev since around 2 years. I like programming and development but I’m not `passionate` about it like a few of my friends or colleagues. I only enjoy solving the problem and can’t be bothered about minute details and considerations.

Now coming to code reviews, I know they are very helpful but I severely dislike doing a code review. I just can’t do it fast enough like my colleagues and it feels like a chore. I just keep postponing my part and finally just wing it. Even when it’s time to get my code reviewed and I see a dozen minor comments like `try using a vibrator instead of plastic toy`, I hate it despite knowing that it’s actually useful.

What does this say about me as a software developer? Are there others who’ve gone through or going through similar issues? Or does this field not suit me? I hope some of you can provide some useful suggestions/advise, I’ve been having a lot of doubt lately.
