I struggle to understand a projects description and don’t know where to move

I’ve almost 2 years of software development experience. In my career, I mostly do things that my seniors or project manager told me to do.

But now I want to learn how to tackle a complete project from scratch. Hence I was looking at some of the small/MVP job descriptions at upwork that a single freelance developer can do alone. I do this in order to gain some experience.

But after reading the job description, I was lost and don’t know where to start for this project. I’m really frustrated. My thoughts are like, ‘I can not do a project from start to finish, because I don’t know what to do, where to start and how to proceed”.

Actually I can not think what should I do, where should I start from and how to proceed further after a client send me or told me a job description.

​

I know there are many experienced developers here in reddit who have tackled many projects from start to finish. And I want to ask you guys, kindly can you please give me a guideline where to start after reading a job description like this one above and how to proceed so that I can make the project successful? Please help newbies like me who are struggling to get into the industry more and want to improve
