Is it worth it??

So I am coming up on my 3rd year in software development. I have 3 published apps for the company (3 iOS and 1 android). Designed, worked and finished 3 web applications that is basically an encrypted drop box that can be sent or downloaded with encryption and an audit system. Then lastly our main finish which I worked in is an EHR. I have worked my butt off to get these to completion and tested myself since we only have one tester and it’s kinda sucky.

When does life get better? When do I start making money and not go into debt. When does work start really feeling good or am I just burned out? I want to make a difference but I feel like nothing I do does. I’m not after money but I need and want to live and maybe take a trip once.
