Looking for feedback

A friend and I had an idea for a project that we could start working on while this quarantine is happening, but I wanted to get some feedback first.

We were thinking of creating an SDK that would provide ongoing support to developers by serving as an intermediary between their data pipelines and the API during updates. This would either be done by creating a kit that:

1) Continuously relays information between the API and the pipeline

2) Pulls data from the API and provides it to devs as tabular data (i.e. database/external table or AWS Athena on S3 parquet)

3) Both of these

Is this something any of you would use? Trying to figure out if this is something worth pursuing.
