I own a cargo company in Panama 🇵🇦 that works with a program called MAGAYA, which is very popular among cargo agents. But in the last year we developed a new business line that brings to Panama orders/packages that clients make in websites like Amazon, Aliexpress, Ebay, etc.
Our current problem with magaya is that the system was developed for full containers. Managing tons of small packages on the system is a problem. Other companies like ours in Panama have either developed their own systems or are still working without much help from technology.
We basically need a system that can track packages since they get to our warehouses in Miami until they arrived to our shops or clients. Aside from tracking the packages we need to have an inventory for every store. I have seen many programs that have invoicing, inventory management, CRM, different tiers, etc. But none of them adjust to our business.
We deliver packages, we don’t run a retail store.
