Processes in software company

Well, this is not directly related to software development. But it’s related to software development business.

We all have lots of software development processes and variations Agile, Scrum, DevOps you name it. And they work well if we are not too lazy to follow best practices. So we set up our dev process, and we think it’s enough.

The same is in the company where I’m involved now.

But I see that we have here no clearly defined processes for marketing, accounting, HR, etc.

I would like to have these parts put into clear processes too and optimized.

What about you? Maybe have some good practices to take a look at and learn from?
