Rough Time estimate on a project

Hi Everyone,

I’m working on a case project where I have to develop a mobile application for a telecom company that would be on IOS devices with the following features.

• map features to track employees and alert them of issues with company infrastructure.
• Have access to a database with information about common problems and information about specific module units. (cloud works)
• access to a weather channel for updates.
• two-way communication with a dispatcher and whoever is using the application.
• Problem diagnosis capabilities based on inputted information.

Trying to figure out how much time it would roughly take to develop something like this so I can calculate costs based on the income of an average developer in the U.S. Any thing helps!
