I run product hardware trials for aprox 500 set-top boxes for a cable company.
We need a way to track who is on our beta, what their serial number is etc.
Are there any recommendations for a application that is not excel to track this information?
Sorry I know this sound dumb just trying to get the company to give up excel and possibly move to a database or something but I have no coding experience
