What do I do? Software developers have no respect for me

I manage a small software development team, but all my efforts are being made fun of 🙁

For example, when I ask them to explain text, they do it in the most difficult manner.

Example: “We can now use dynamic entropy to re-cavitate all the non-polar fields in the product”

When I ask about input to a new management tool, they answer like this:

“I like Jira better… because they have a nice youtube video with music over to present their product, Azure DevOps does not have any videos with music over”

And recently, they build a small trap, so when I walked to their table to discuss progress, I would tip a water bottle pouring water on their keyboard, that they then would complain about on end. Almost to get som dirt on me.

I really just want to get their respect and recognition, but they clearly only see me as a obstacle.

Software developers, what should I do?
